Christopher Kondoleon is a Production Manager at Justin Souriau-Levine Studios.

Born and raised in the Midwest, (Troy, Michigan), Mr. Kondoleon graduated from one of the region and country’s top academic institutions, the University of Wisconsin. During his time as an undergraduate, he was a double major in the school of business, receiving a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate.

As the company’s Production Manager, Christopher works closely with CEO and Founder, Justin Souriau-Levine, in supporting each production’s overall budget, financial, operational, marketing and fundraising efforts. Most recently, Mr. Kondoleon has been greatly involved in the feature film production of Back to the Present! (2024) and various commercial productions for Vosita Healthcare Inc. - both under the JSL Studios umbrella.

Aside from his administrative duties, he has also contributed to the studio’s creative vision as a Social Media Manager, Unit Photographer and additional Drone Operator. As a Social Media Manager for the company, (during the latest ongoing production of “Back to the Present!”), he has crafted a strategy for BTS content, while working closely with Justin Mielke in supporting the company and its productions’ social media and photography efforts.

Aside from his involvement in the film industry, Mr. Kondoleon has a rich history in the fashion industry. Having started his career in corporate development at Hudson’s Bay Company, the owner of Saks Fifth Avenue, in the heart of New York City, he assisted the owner of the multinational conglomerate in a multitude of initiatives across their portfolio of retail and real estate operating companies. Additionally, Christopher has served as a Marketing Assistant at Good News Only Agency in Los Angeles - supporting the business owner’s management of PR and sales projects on behalf of a worldwide list of streetwear fashion brands, including KidSuper - where he assisted in the curation and promotion of a retail storefront and runway fashion show during the FW23 season in Paris, France.

Most recently, Mr. Kondoleon has been acting as a Talent Coordinator at Wilson Model Management, a boutique, worldwide talent agency based in New York City. As an assistant to the agency’s owner and Director, he has been overseeing the management of ~30 top models across every major market across the globe. At Wilson Management, Christopher is responsible for the active management of talent through curation of promotional material, portrait photography/digital polaroid updates, model placements, contract negotiations, Wilson’s marketing and merchandising strategy, scouting strategy, and social media content strategy.
