Elizabeth Thurley

Wardrobe Supervisor

Elizabeth Thurley is the Wardrobe Supervisor of Justin Souriau-Levine Studios. Born and raised in North Smithfield, Rhode Island, Ms. Thurley furthered her education at the Wentworth Institute of Technology where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, before fully dedicating her efforts to Costume Design and Wardrobe Supervision.

Ms. Thurley designed over 300 costumes for the company’s latest motion picture feature film, “Back to the Present!”. She has also since been the costume stylist for three Vosita Healthcare commissioned commercial spots, including “The Date”, “A Sonogram to Remember!”, and “Three Doctors and a Dog”.

Ms. Thurley has been sewing and designing for over fifteen years. Her work ranges from high fantasy costumes, to historical clothing, large props, cosplays, and garment sewing. Her love for combining history with whimsical and/or every day beauty, along with favoring clean lines and rich textiles is her trademark.

Ms. Thurley works closely with Mr. Souriau-Levine and other various colleagues at JSL Studios throughout all of the company’s film and commercial productions, in addition to overseeing the company’s wardrobe archives.
